Essential Functions:

• Carry out essential duties at asphalt plant 
• Keeps the plant clean and in a well-organized manner.
• Maintains SAFETY, compliance and environmental requirements within state, local and company standards within production area.
• Work at construction sites and/or garage as required 
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Basic Equipment Operations: Forklift, Loader and man-lift
• Reliability
• Being able to work outside
• Welding, asphalt plant and/or quarry mine experience preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent and valid driver's license
• 1-year minimum experience in road or construction field

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions, such as cold, heat and humidity
• Able to individually lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 70 lbs.
• Work at heights

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are, but are not limited to, Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. (based on the needs of the projects). Hours can vary depending on job-specific requirements. Must be willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
